2. Use of the Platform

  • ExecEd AI is designed to assist users in creating Executive Education presentation decks.
  • Users must provide accurate and lawful content for processing.
  • The platform is for professional and educational purposes only and should not be used for illegal, misleading, or inappropriate activities.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for the content they upload and ensuring they have the necessary rights to use it.
  • Users must not attempt to interfere with the platform’s functionality or security.
  • Users agree not to use ExecEd AI to generate or distribute false, misleading, or offensive content.

4. Data Handling and Privacy

  • No Storage of Uploaded Documents: Any files uploaded to ExecEd AI are processed temporarily and immediately discarded after processing or browser reload.
  • No Storage of Company Details: The platform does not retain business-specific data or confidential company details.
  • Limited Retention of Personal Data: ExecEd AI may store minimal user data (e.g., email) for account support and communication.

5. Availability and Limitations

  • ExecEd AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • ExecEd AI has tools to assist with presentation creation, but users are responsible for reviewing and refining generated content.
  • We are not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or decisions made based on AI-generated content. While we strive for correctness of the products, the world of AI changes frequently and keeping up with changes will take concurrent development.
  • Our tools save time and offers a starting point, but it’s not a substitute for your own knowledge and understanding. It’s important to review and build on the results.
